Welcoming 150 representatives governments, the United Arab Emirates have placed this edition of the summit under the sign of dialogue and cooperation.

“We are looking for partnerships in our digital transformation journey. We are just beginning this journey.” announced Nthati Moorosi, the Minister of Information, Communication, Lesotho Science, Technology and Innovation.

For its part, Senegal carried a clear message: shaping the governments of tomorrow requires above all the valorization of human capital and in particular through the training of young people.

According to Dr. Birome Holo Ba, Director General of the Operational Coordination and Monitoring Office Projects and Programmes within the office of the Senegalese Prime Minister, “today, Senegal has a transformation agenda, Senegal 2050, one of the axes of which is human capital.
