The first mortgage intermediation platform in Senegal has been officially launched. Alpha Digicredit aims to facilitate the sometimes restrictive relationship between banks, real estate developers and acquisition candidates.

Dina El Kadry, Former director of real estate credit at the CBAO group Attijariwafa Bank, has just made available to the Senegalese populations a team of experts in real estate credit. “In Senegal, the process of acquiring real estate is not well understood by first-time buyers. Buyers often lack reliable information to assess the quality of the property and make the right choice for the method of financing,” she explains.
Indeed, Alpha Digicredit acts as a one-stop shop. The Alpha platform, which has a mortgage intermediation authorization obtained from the financial authorities, has signed agreements with the largest banks in the market, which allows it to negotiate valuable rate reductions in favor of customers. Alpha is therefore positioned as a one-stop shop that brings together the real estate offer as well as bank financing support.
