Agreement between Kinshasa and Brazzaville in the framework of the road-rail bridge project

Infrastructure Minister John Banza Lunda.
The future road-rail bridge will measure 1.575 km. He
will directly connect Kinshasa and Brazzaville, the two most important capitals
close to the world. The announcement was made following a working meeting with African Development Bank (BAD).
Currently, experts from both countries are working at the ACGT. They harmonize
tariff, fiscal and customs regimes, securing viability
economic of the bridge. The
road-rail bridge over the Congo River is presented as an essential link in
regional integration, which is intended to transform human exchanges,
economic and commercial relations between the two closest capitals in
world. For Kinshasa, this emblematic project reflects political will
affirmed at the highest level of both states.
For the Congolese government, this coordination
technique reflects the desire to avoid the pitfalls of the past. The bridge
