The Senegalese Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital Technology (MCTN) announced, on Wednesday 24 December, the signing of memoranda of understanding with the Republic of Azerbaijan, following of an official visit to Dakar by an Azerbaijani delegation on 22 and 23 December. These agreements, concluded with Senegal Numérique SA (SENUM) and the Commission for the Evaluation, Support and Coordination of Start-ups (CEAC), aims to to promote the transfer of skills and the sharing of levers to accelerate the digital transformation of the Senegalese administration.
