SmackOver Resources LLC, a subsidiary of Lonestar Lithium Inc., purchased from Cloudbreak the proprietary database with regional modeling and data compilation in East Texas. The agreement is concluded for a period of three years. The conditions are as follows: 2 million shares of Lonestar; $25,000 each time a property subject to an eligible transaction is generated from the database; and a 0.5% royalty on lithium produced on each property that is the subject of an eligible transaction
