By decree of December 30, 2025, the President Chadian Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno created a specialized national judicial pool in the repression of economic and financial crimes. This pool has a competence throughout the country.

The establishment of the National Judicial Pool brings together magistrates, specialized courts and investigators, under the coordination of Department of Justice. Its financing is provided by the state budget. This measure aims to strengthen the fight against corruption and crime. finances in Chad. It is structured around several key entities, including the district prosecutor's office, the criminal chamber, the offices Investigative Office, the Attorney-General, the Indictments Chamber and the Criminal Division, all of which are mainly attached to the courts of N'Djamena.

The system provides for the mobilization of magistrates experienced, including the Public Prosecutor at the Grand Court N'Djamena instance, several substitutes, judges of the seat, magistrates instructors as well as advisers to the Court of Appeal. Investigators called upon to support the Judicial Pool will be appointed by their services. respective, guaranteeing close collaboration between departments judicial and specialized investigative bodies.

The coordination of activities of the Judicial Pool is entrusted to the Minister of Justice, Custody of Sceaux, in charge of Human Rights, assisted by the Inspector General of judicial services.
