For good governance, the Vocational Training Center of the National Institute of Social Welfare (Inps) organized a seminar last week to establish the mapping of fraud risks and the institute's risk management plan.

The risk mapping, control plan and internal control training validation seminar was led by Parfait Zozan. It was a question of mobilizing all the players and integrating the culture of risk management and internal control into the management of the National Institute of Social Welfare. Thus, the participants validated the challenges of the mission; inventoried the major fraud risks inherent in the activities of Inps and their causes; identified possible actions to control identified fraud risks; assessed and prioritized fraud risks; developed the fraud risk control plan; defined fraud monitoring indicators; reflected on the internal control system.
