The Minister of Hydrocarbons, Bruno Jean Richard Itoua, and the CEO of Deloitte Congo, Vylie Sayam discussed the topic of partnership and the transformation of the energy sector. Vylie Sayam said that “Deloitte is a leader in advising public and private entities. At the start of the year, it is very important for us to present our best wishes to the Minister and to discuss with him the main challenges of the year 2024, in particular the transformations that have already begun in the oil sector.”
