In a context where, participants were reducing their bets following a weak trend in the spot market, cottonseed cake prices are recording declines. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed cake for July delivery fell by Rs 70 or 2.70% to Rs 2,520 per quintal with an open interest of 45,320 lots. According to analysts, this was mainly due to participants selling at existing levels amid a moderate market trend.
