The Court for the Repression of Economic and Financial Crimes (CRIEF) has issued its decision in the case of Ehadj Ben Daouda Nassoko and Company. The defendants, found not guilty, were returned on Monday, December 19, 2022, for the purpose of prosecution for unconstituted offense.

Ehadj Ben Daouda Nassoko, Lucia Camara, Aïssata Sylla, Aminatou Bah and Mrs. Mariama Kéita were all prosecuted before the court for acts of embezzlement of public funds, forgery and use of falsehood in public writing, illicit enrichment and complicity relating to an amount of one billion four hundred forty nine Guinean francs (1,449,481,109 GNF) to the detriment of the functions of the health and education sectors in the commune of Dixinn.

They were found not guilty last Monday of the charges of embezzlement of public funds and their complicity and were therefore all referred for prosecution by CRIEF for an unfounded offence.
