Jubilee Metals Group has formalized the finalization of the sale of its South African activities in chrome and metals from the group of platinum (PGM) to the private mining group One Chrome. The announcement, made on Friday by the specialist in metal processing, intervenes after the lifting of all the conditions required to complete the transaction.

In its press release, Jubilee Metals Group states that it expects to receive in the coming days the second payment related to this operation, in the amount of $10 million. This transfer marks a major strategic step for the group, which operates under the codes JBL.JO and JLP.L, and which is now reviewing its business portfolio at scale regional.

By selling off its South African chrome assets and PGMs, Jubilee Metals opts for a clear refocusing of its strategy.
