The curtain closed on the annual meetings of the African Development Bank (AfDB) on Friday, May 27 in Accra. At the end of the work, the experts took the decision to work to make Africa a “solution for the world”.

ADB's annual meetings have scrutinized climate finance, agricultural transformation, and improving the quality of life. After five days of discussions, analyses, reflections and decisions, the slogan that emerges: invest in the “strengths” of African countries, help them transform their weaknesses, in order to scale up. The Bank will thus deploy its strategic direction over the next ten years (2023-2030) with the aim of “building a prosperous Africa based on inclusive growth and sustainable development.” Ultimately, over the coming years, the ADB will need to support countries through significant financial mobilization in order to strengthen African influence.
