At the end of the ^33rd session of the Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee, held in Amman, 10 documents were signed between Egypt and Jordan. According to a statement, the objective is to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Prime Minister of Jordan. The ceremony was attended by the Egyptian Mostafa Madbouly Prime Minister and the Jordanian Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan. The agreements covered multiple sectors. An executive program was signed with the aim of activating a memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments and the Jordanian Ministry of Endowments, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places

Also, an executive program was signed between the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (FATF) and the Jordanian Group for Free Zones and Development for the fiscal year 2025/2026. A memorandum of understanding on consumer protection was signed, as well as a memorandum of understanding on local development cooperation.

In the field of heritage preservation, an agreement to protect and recover cultural property and to combat illicit trafficking in antiquities has been signed.

Likewise, other agreements included an executive program of scientific cooperation between the National Planning Institute of Egypt and the Jordanian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation; an executive program of cooperation between young people for the fiscal year 2025/2028; a memorandum of understanding on public procurement between the two ministries of Finances; and a memorandum of understanding launching a high level financial dialogue.
