Officials of the rating agency GCR Ratings (GCR) announced that they have confirmed the long-term AAA (WU) (SF) rating of senior bonds issued by FCTC TEYLIOM IMMO 7% 2021-2028 on its regional scale. The rating outlook is stable.

GCR Ratings (GCR) indicated that diversifying the securitized portfolio across a satisfactory number of counterparties is a neutral rating factor, while from a geographic perspective, diversification benefits are positive but from a sectoral perspective, these diversification benefits are zero. According to GCR, high default rates on certain leased assets are a negative scoring factor, reflected in our stress and over-stress hypotheses

GCR believes that the probability of occurrence of unfavorable scenarios is equivalent to that of short-term favorable scenarios, justifying its stable outlook.
