Attijariwafa Bank, BMCE Capital and the Central Bank Popular (BCP) have distinguished themselves as the three Intermediary Banks in Treasury stocks (IVTs) most active on the Treasury bill market in title of the year 2025, according to the annual ranking recently published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

In accordance with the agreements between the Treasury Department and of External Finances (DTFE) to institutions approved as IVT, the The purpose of publishing this ranking is to assess the contribution of banks to good animation of the Treasury securities market. The ministry specifies, on its official website, that this assessment is based on a detailed analysis of performances recorded throughout the year.

In detail, the assessment focuses in particular on the quality of the animation of the primary and secondary markets for treasury bills, the level of participation in active debt management operations domestic, as well as compliance with listing commitments electronics.
