The Coca-Cola Nigeria beverage company has admitted the series of damage caused by plastic pollution to the environment while discussions about climate change, its causes and its effects are deepening.

On Sunday, September 25, during a program organized in Lagos by THE DAWN PROJECT, on the theme: “Recycle for sustainability; Making a difference in our climate and our climate Lives,” Coca-Cola Nigeria's director of public affairs, communications and sustainability, Nwamaka Onyemelukwe, said, noting that it was necessary for the public to think and act in accordance with the conversion of plastic to waste income generation, this-& agrave; -say the conversion of “waste into wealth.”
