Gathered on September 20, 2022 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Port-Bouët, private actors, stakeholders and members of the public administration attended a training and capacity building workshop on instant and inclusive payment systems that brought together financial and institutional actors.

In collaboration with the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions of Côte d'Ivoire (Apbef-ci) and the technical support of Côte d'Ivoire Fintech Association, AfricaNenda organized a workshop to build the capacity of private sector actors, stakeholders and members of the public administration.

This workshop focused on two major axes. These were the challenges and benefits of an instant and inclusive payment system and defining a roadmap for the implementation of a project to strengthen the payment ecosystem in Côte d'Ivoire.

According to Apbef-ci's project manager, Béké Daniel, representing the executive director, this is a real niche for banks andritable niche for banks and fintech to accelerate the inclusion process through the rapid development of payment methods.
