Senegal's General Directorate of Public Accounting and the Treasury has raised 30 billion FCFA following an issue of stimulus bonds of treasure lasting 3 years. According to the report prepared by UMOA-Titres, organizer of the operation, overall bids of 38.916 billion FCFA were received. The winning bids amounted to 30 billion FCFA and the rejected to the remaining 8,916 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 77.09%.
