Indeed, Léonce Yacé, having been appointed director of the banking division of the NSIA group in November 2021, is a lawyer specializing in tax management from Sup& High; head of commerce in Lille. He joined NSIA Bank Côte d'Ivoire in 2012 as Deputy Managing Director. At the head of this bank, he led the absorption of Diamond Bank Côte d'Ivoire and was also the basis for the first securitization operation of claims from a banking institution in the UEMOA zone. Similarly, he was able to consolidate the Bank in the top 5 on the market and increased his profit from 10 billion FCFA at the end of 2017 to 23.7 billion FCFA at the end of 2021. Even better, the good health of this financial institution has made it a major player in the sector. Its renewal would also be explained by the development of the “Altitude 2022-2026” strategic plan.
