At the end of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 15, 2022, the Central African Securities Exchange (BVMAC) held the increase in its share capital by taking a stake in the shareholding of five Stock Exchange Companies (SDD).

The increase in BVMAC's share capital is intended to strengthen the operational capabilities of the sub-regional financial market. It is approved by the shareholders and made possible through cash subscriptions by the five stock exchange companies for a total amount of 200 million FCFA (305 thousand dollars). They are Afriland Bourse and Investment, CBC Bourse, Archer Capital Securities, Africa Bright Securities, and BANGE Sociedad de Valores.
