According to an announcement by the managers of the Moroccan banking group BMCE Bank based in Ouagadougou, a 7.24% increase was recorded in the net banking income (PNB) of Bank Of Africa (BOA) Burkina Faso in the first half of 2022. Indeed, net banking income was established at 25.926 billion FCFA compared with 24.175 billion FCFA at 30 June 2022. According to Bank managers, “This growth is due to the strengthening of the banking margin, i.e. 7.1%, and various commissions.”
