Through its specialized subsidiary ESS Asset Management (ESS AM), the Emrald Securities Services Group (ESS) had 3 mutual funds (FCPs) approved on July 8, 2022. These funds are called “FCP ESS PROMO PME”, “ESS TRESO PRIVILEGE” and “ESS CONFORT”.

According to the investment bank, the ESS PROMO PME and ESS CONFORT ETFs have been approved as collective investment bodies in bond securities and the FCP TRESO PRIVILEGE has been approved by its c& ocirc; té is approved as a monetary UCITS. They are established for a period of 99 years and have ORABANK Gabon with the firm as its trustee and then HLB Audit Consult Plus Central Africa as auditor.

Based on the new financing vehicles, the ESS Group will also offer diversified financial products whose returns are between 6.5% and 5% respectively for ESS PROMO PME and ESS COMFORT then for ESS TRESO PRIVILEGE. In addition, since the creation of these FCPs, ESS AM has accumulated 2,164,740,651 FCFA in assets under management. This has been returned to August 02, 2022.
