The Nsia Group has announced that it has finalized the acquisition of the subsidiaries Sanlam vie Togo & vie Gabon and Sanlam non-vie Congo & Guinea. The takeover operation has been authorized by the various supervisory bodies of CIMA, CEMAC and the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea.

The takeover of the four subsidiaries of the Sanlam Group is effective. The acquisition operation announced in September 2021 reflects the NSIA Group's desire and ambition to develop and expand its insurance business in West and Central Africa. For Mr.

Jean Kacou Diagou, Chairman of the NSIA Group, "the acquisition of these four subsidiaries of the Sanlam Group is an important step for the Insurance division. The NSIA Group must continue its development and consolidate its position as a key player in the insurance market in the sub-region where it already enjoys a geographical diversification.It already enjoys an enviable geographical diversification, with a presence in 12 countries in West and Central Africa, in French, English and Portuguese speaking countries.

The outcome was reached on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 with the holding of the General Meetings and the Boards of Directors of the Sanlam Group's subsidiaries which became subsidiaries of the NSIA Group.
