The West African Development Bank (Boad) signed a Partnership Memorandum of Understanding with the National Office for The Fight against Fraud and Corruption (Ofnac) on Tuesday 17 May 2022. The signing took place this morning at the headquarters of Ofnac in the presence of President Seynabou Ndiaye Diakhaté and representatives of both parties.

This memorandum of understanding helps the two institutions to define "the framework for cooperation in the fight against fraud, in the prevention, detection and fight against corruption and similar offences according to the legalization applicable to each party, the international conventions, regional and subregional".
