CCI Global will occupy Kenya's largest contact center in Tatu City. At the end of the process, more than 4,000 jobs will be created for Kenyans.

CCI Global will move into state-of-the-art offices built specifically in Tatu City. CCI's contact center will provide business process outsourcing or BPO services, which support the entire customer lifecycle, whether traditional or digital voice interactions.

The CCI building will be built by Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA), a private real estate company specializing in turnkey construction. The five-storey tower is designed specifically for CCI, with training facilities and a career centre to accommodate new employees. The Tatu City building, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2023, will double the company's capacity to more than 4,000 offices on a single site.
