The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Générale des Assurances (GA),  Harouna Sawadogo has sent a notice of convening the ordinary general meeting of shareholders on Monday, May 30, 2022.

The meeting at the Company's Headquarters will deliberate on the draft agenda. These include the focus of the report of the Board of Directors to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the examination of the General and Special Reports of the Statutory Auditor on the accounts for the financial year 2021.
