In a note signed by Enangue Serge Malfred, inspector of financial agencies, the DGI announces that it has seized the accounts of Amougou Belinga because of 17 billion F of unpaid taxes.

The note indicates that, " following the non-payment of your tax debt relating to  various MRAs, of February 07, 2022, with a balance of 17 billion FCFA, I have the honor to inform you that notices to  third party holders and external constraints have been sent for the recovery of the said tax debt from the following banks and posts: Bgfi Bank, Afriland First Bank, Scb-Cameroun, Paierie Générale des Trésors'. Thus, the boss of the Anecdote group, owner of the Vision 4 channel, saw his bank accounts seized for non-payment. This is exactly 17,842,604,519 CFA francs, i.e. 10,203,948,926 CFA francs in principal, 7,638,055,593 CFA francs in penalties and 600,000 CFA francs in prosecution costs.
