The President of the Cameroonian Republic signed on January 25, 2022, a new decree on the search for funding for the realization of structuring projects. Thus, Cameroon will resort to issues of public securities for a maximum amount of 350 billion FCFA, or 595 million dollars. These resources to be mobilized on the money market of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) will be mainly intended "to finance development projects included in the finance law".
