For the rating agency, the quality of the bank's assets has been weak, although the quality ratios of the main assets have improved and the base capitalization is limited, among other things. In addition, UBA Senegal's viability rating has been affected by the poor development of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) region where it operates.
