The last Council of Ministers held on Wednesday January 12, 2022 adopted under the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy, 04 decrees granting mining exploration permits valid for gold.

Minister Mamadou Touré, who is also deputy government spokesman, announced that all of these permits fully meet the technical and environmental conditions required. With an exploration period of 4 years, these permits concern 4 companies. These include Orca Gold CDI Sarl for the localities of Boundiali, Dianra and Korhogo; ZS Resources Sarl in the departments of Touba and Séguéla; Geo Ressources Sarl in the areas of Konahiri and Mankono and Baoobo Goldex Sarl in Kaniasso and Minignan.
