The Casablanca Stock Exchange started trading lower on Monday, with its main index, the MASI, dropping 0.08% to 19,966.85 points (pts).

The MASI 20, grouping the 20 most liquid stocks, fell by 0.04% to 1,633.91 pts, and the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating published by Moody's ESG Solutions, dropped 0.12% to 1,359.82 pts.

Counter-trend, the MASI Mid and Small Cap, measuring the performance of small and medium-sized businesses listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, increased by 0.83% to 1,946.02 pts.

At individual values, CMGP Group (-8.85% to 401 DH), Sothema (-4.27% to 1,747 DH), Stroc Industrie (-4.03% to 213.05 DH), Mechanical Achievements (-4.03% to 213.05 DH), Mechanical Achievements (-2.35% to 532.1 DH) and Taqa Morocco (-2.27% to 2,883 DH) had the strongest drops.

Conversely, IB Maroc.com (+7.81% to 79.9 DH), Mutandis SCA (+6.06% to 314.95 DH), Delta Holding (+3.37% to 88.9 DH), Delta Holding (+3.37% to 88.9 DH), Delta Holding (+3.37% to 88.9 DH), Jet Contractors (+3.2% to DH 2,680) and SMI (+2.85% to DH 2,493) posted the largest increases.
