La 19 â edition of the National Handicrafts Fair of Benin (SNAB) is scheduled from 22 to 31 August 2025 at the esplanade of the Palais des Congrès in Cotonou

Placé sous le thème “Artisanat béninois et accès aux marchés: défis et enjeux de la labellisation et de la certification”, le 19 â & The SNAB edition plans to celebrate the genius of Beninese artisans. It is intended to be more than an exhibition and is part of a dynamic of economic and international promotion of local crafts. The 2025 edition aims to transform this structure into commercial visibility, by focusing on quality, labelling and market access

The Chambers of Trades and Crafts of the UEMOA (Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea) will be present, alongside the Chamber of Crafts of Rabat (Morocco), guest of honor.

For ten days, the Palais des Congrès esplanade will vibrate to the rhythm of a dense and varied program, designed to appeal to both the general public and professionals.

150 exhibition stands are planned. These include three major thematic panels around the labelling, export and digitalization of craft trades; practical workshops led by master artisans to transmit rare skills; live demonstrations on stands to discover craft techniques in action; cultural evenings combining concerts, stories and theater to highlight the artistic wealth of Benin.

120 Beninese artisans, 20 foreigners and 10 carefully selected special guests are expected.
