NSIA Banque CI is launching a new securitization operation for claims worth a total of 50 billion CFA francs.

NSIA Banque CI is launching its operation in a context where the vitality of the local entrepreneurial fabric, in particular that of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), is an essential driver of economic development. This operation, carried out through the creation of the Common Fund for Securitization of Receivables “FCTC NSIA Bank 2025-2030”, marks a historic advance with the very first multi-currency bond issue on the regional financial market. It is available in two installments: a slice in CFA francs, with a coupon of 7.5%, for an amount of 30 billion CFA francs and a slice in euros, with a coupon of 7.25%, for a total amount of 30 million euros (or 20 billion CFA francs). The repayment deadline for the operation is set at 2030.

NSIA Banque CI strengthens its lending capacity, optimizes the rotation of its assets and supports the sustainable growth of its activities.
