From the economy to health through the employment sector; the environment; the humanitarian sector and many other sectors, the 2024 sustainable development report highlights the major actions of the extractive society in Burkina Faso in 2024. The report highlights the group's ongoing efforts ranging from environmental to social to governance. On the social side, the first person in charge of the mine was delighted to note a significant advance in terms of impact. The extractive company generated 4,640 direct and indirect jobs, 97% of which were occupied by Burkinabè and 10% by women, according to Souleymane Boly, vice president in charge of public affairs

Pour l' année 2024, Endeavour Mining offered 121 internships to young Burkinabè who were able to work in Houndé and Mana. The company also supported the national budget to the tune of more than 135 billion CFA francs according to its country director. Despite its efforts to contribute to the national budget, the group has also, as usual, expanded its humanitarian actions and the empowerment of the other half of the sky.
