Sahel Capital, a Nigeria-based fund manager, announced on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, an investment of $560,000 in Mariseth Farms, a Ghanaian agri-food company.

The new investment announced by Sahel Capital is for Mariseth Farms, a food company based in Ghana, which claims to have helped over 8,000 farmers increase productivity and improve profitability. This financing, granted in the form of a working capital loan, was carried out through its Social Enterprise Fund for Agriculture in Africa (SEFAA), endowed with 26 million dollars. This vehicle was launched four years ago with the mission of strengthening economic opportunities for smallholder farmers by strengthening the social enterprises that support them.
