Banque de Tunisie BT has obtained the AML 30000 certificate, an international standard dedicated to the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (AML/FT).

BT has been awarded its first AML 30000 Standard compliance certificate after an upgrade process. AML 30000 is a certification standard built on the standardization models and certification schemes enshrined in international management systems regulations. The certificate was issued by CERTIFINANCE-TUNISIE, after the opinion of CERTIPRO-FINANCE-PARIS following an evaluation carried out by confirmed experts. The adoption of the AML 30000 standard by BT constitutes a guarantee of trust and consideration of various stakeholders and an additional lever for the bank's attractiveness as a financial institution in line with the most stringent international compliance standards
