The company plans to raise an amount of 1.1 billion dirhams (approximately $110 million) through this transaction, which will include both a capital increase and a sale of existing shares. According to the AMMC press release, the subscription period will start on December 2 and end on December 6, 2024
.With this IPO, CMGP hopes to increase its production capabilities and expand its presence in new markets.
