In order to jointly conduct training programs and strengthen the skills of magistrates and other actors in the judicial world in the fight against “economic and financial crime”, the National Office for the Recovery of Criminal Assets (ONRAC) and the Judicial Training Center (CFJ) signed a partnership agreement

.

The objective of the memorandum of understanding signed on Thursday in Dakar is to strengthen the cooperation framework that we are setting up with the CFJ, for the definition of joint training programs and the strengthening of the capacities of judges and other judicial actors. According to Malick Lamotte, the Director General of ONRAC, the partnership agreement is an opportunity for both public entities, which carry out missions of training and assisting judicial actors

.

To this end, ONRAC and the CFJ want to strengthen their “system for fighting economic and financial crime, through the training of actors in the criminal justice chain”.
