After publishing a report on rising U.S. crude inventories, oil prices fell for the second day of the week, Wednesday.

Brent oil futures for May fell 69 cents, or 0.8%, to $85.56 per barrel at 0150 GMT. The May contract is expected to expire on Thursday and the June contract, which was more actively negotiated, fell by 60 cents, or 0.7%, to $85.03.
