The draft resolution for the country's membership in the Smart Africa Alliance Manifesto was approved by 151 votes in favour, none against and no abstentions. Noted that the Smart Africa Alliance is an international non-governmental organization, composed of African countries that adhere to its manifesto of 29 October 2013 by the African Union (AU), the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) , la Banque africaine de développement ( BAD), the World Bank (BM), l' Union International Telecommunication Union (ITU)
