This second issuance of a securitization mutual fund by Sonatel marks a significant advance for the telecommunications sector in West Africa. The transaction was structured in partnership with Invictus Capital & Finance and KF Securisation, acting respectively as a management and intermediation company and a mutual fund management company for debt securitization.
