Over the two days of work, Ivorian diplomats improved their reading grids in order to promote and strengthen their involvement in the fight against these phenomena in West Africa. The Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorians Abroad, Soro Kaplieten said that diplomats who are “called upon to go and defend the interests of Côte d'Ivoire all over the world need to be not only trained and informed, but they need to be equipped in relation to the arguments, in relation to the knowledge of the sources and methods of these scourges and be educated on the measures to be put in place, on the attitude to have, on the modern strategy against the fight against these scourges
