After the tight semifinals that took place on September 1 and 2 at the Norrsken House in Kigali, Rwanda, the ten finalists of this 2023 edition of the Africa's Business Heroes (ABH) competition, have been made public.

The ABH Competition is a philanthropic program sponsored by the Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Philanthropy. The ten entrepreneurs will compete in the Grand Final, which will be held on November 23 and 24, to win a share of the 1.5 million USD prize in grants. They were selected following several phases of interviews and evaluation of 27,267 applications received from 54 African countries. These entrepreneurs come from eight countries, namely Benin, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda and South Africa.
