After a long selection process, NSIA Banque CI obtained the LUCIE label on October 13, 2022. This is after several years of commitment to social and environmental responsibility and following an audit carried out by Baker Tilly.

The reference label that NSIA Bank has obtained is aligned with the international Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) standard ISO 26000. Indeed, this certification granted testifies to the full commitment of NSIA Banque CI to a genuine approach of respect for all its stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, partners, investors, etc.), with a permanent concern for transparency and equity, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

NSIA Banque CI is committed to obtaining this label as part of a structured approach to continuous improvement of its products and services, with the aim of becoming a more responsible company. The label is awarded by an independent labeling committee that is made up of CSR experts after reviewing the evaluator's report and the commitments made by NSIA Banque CI to progress over the next 3 years. Thus, it is proof that the bank carries out its business with a high level of responsibility.
