In order to enable Chad to carry out its road infrastructure construction and rehabilitation project with a view to promoting the internal and external isolation of this hinterland country, the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) intends to support the country. Indeed, the Bank's Board of Governors has approved a three-year 2023-2025 financing program for a total of 30 billion CFA francs (50 million dollars) for this purpose.
