A communication concerning Côte d'Ivoire's subscription to the third general capital increase of the Islamic Investment and Export Credit Insurance Corporation (SIACE) was adopted by the Council.

SIACE, a subsidiary of the Islamic Development Bank, is responsible for promoting and guaranteeing State investments through insurance solutions and export credits. Indeed, since its creation, SIACE has provided financing to Côte d'Ivoire to cover import-export operations and various direct and foreign investments for the benefit of the 63 Ivorian structures.
