The heads of the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM ) announced that Sonatel will pay semi-annual interest as well as partially repay the capital of its bond called “Sonatel 6.50% 2020-2027" for an amount of 13.250 billion FCFA on Monday, July 16, 2023.

Senegal's telephone operator will pay interest amounting to 250 billion FCFA and the repayment of capital to 10 billion FCFA. The management of Sonatel had launched a bond bond by public offering for an amount of 100 billion FCFA on the UEMOA financial market from 7 to 15 July 2020. This was in connection with the financing of its 2020 investment plan linked to the company's operations in Senegal.

She thus proposed an interest rate of 6.50% to subscribers, payable semi-annually from the date of enjoyment of the securities set for July 16, 2020.
