UN: Volodymyr Zelensky denounces a “crime against humanity”

After Russian strikes on infrastructure in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denounced to the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday a “crime against humanity” perpetrated by Russia which attacked Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
